MADE ON STATE, in Rochester’s High Falls District, is nearly an entire city block of renovated, interconnected structures designed to provide economically sustainable, usable spaces for creative entrepreneurs to expand their craft. Each of our creative businesses have their own studio spaces with shared common areas for exchanging ideas about current or future projects, making professional presentations or hosting events for the greater community. Our unique interior campus layout puts career artists in close proximity to one another, which allows for easier collaborations to exchange of skills and services.

The building is owned and managed by Webster Properties. For studio availability and rental information, contact them directly at (585) 465-5000.

MADE ON STATE is bustling with the activity of working artists and creative professionals. Unless otherwise noted on their individual websites, most businesses are open by appointment only, or have limited public drop in hours. While there is a call box at the main entrance to MADE ON STATE, we politely request that you contact or schedule an appointment with a business in advance if they do not have a private entrance, or do not indicate online that they are available for drop-in clientele.
